Our Next Live Exhibition! ‘The ’22 Show’- John Piper and Mid-Century Art

At last, we’re back with an exhibition which combines original fabrics and prints by John Piper with new works which capture the styles and subjects of art from the mid-century period.

We will be displaying original paintings, fabrics, posters, limited edition prints and also a selection of books relating to John Piper.

Artists represented will include Katharine Church, Anthony Gross, Norman Jaques, Edwin la Dell, Garrick Palmer, Robert Tavener, Harry Stevens, Julian Trevelyan and especially John Piper.

Friday 27th May: 6.00-8.00 pm Private View: please contact Richard Turkington to attend
Saturday 28th – Thursday 2nd June: 11.00-4.00
Friday 3rd June: 1.00-6.00 pm
Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th June: 11.00-4.00

Please contact me if you would like your own personal ‘quiet viewing’ outside these times.

Whilst no longer compulsory, you may wish to wear a mask within the exhibition which is well-ventilated and hand sanitiser is provided at the entrance.

The venue is Elmslie House, 8 Avenue Road, Great Malvern, WR14 3AG, a restored gothic style Grade II listed family home built in the 1860s close to both the town centre and Great Malvern railway station.
