Van Der Burgt, Flip, (1927-1977)
Flip van der Burgt was a Dutch graphic artist, wood engraver, painter, draughtsman and gallery owner who lived and worked together with his wife, the artist Adik Tingoggoy, on the Leliegracht canal in Amsterdam. He was particularly recognised for making powerful woodcuts.
