A large and vibrant screenprint recording the Albert Dock before regeneration when the clock tower still stood. A limited edition numbered 48/50, titled and signed in pencil in the lower margin. Slight rippling to the paper which could be dealt with through reframing.

Artist description:

Geoffrey Elliott was born in Derbyshire in 1935, he studied at Derby and Brighton Colleges of Art, and taught in both Brighton and Wolverhampton Colleges of Art. He won an Italian Government Travelling Scholarship and emigrated to Australia in 1983 and has his own seaside studio in Cleveland , close to Brisbane.

Geoffrey Elliott has travelled and worked in the U.K., Australia, U.S.A, Greece, Italy, Spain, Cyprus, Malta, Bali and Sri Lanka. He has work in collections in the UK including the Tate, British Council, regional art galleries, libraries, schools and in national and international corporate collections.
