Making Britain Modern – New Exhibition

Following last year’s ‘View from the Fifties’, this exhibition and sale offers a new range of mid-century art and design. Using a combination of realist and abstract styles, original paintings and vintage prints will explore the themes of ‘town and country’ and ‘work and home’ in Britain and abroad.

The exhibition includes work by such well-known names as Henry Moore and John Piper, and includes beautiful and authentic ceramics, fabrics and home accessories.

The exhibition will open on Saturday 30th April and run until 7th May from 10.00-4.30 at the Weavers Gallery, Church Lane, Ledbury, HR8 1DW. All the items will be available through the website for the duration of the exhibition.
